Whole wheat pasta w/ vegetable medley
INGREDIENTS
Whole Wheat Pasta - cooked
-Chinese broccoli
-tomatoes
-garlic
-1 tablespoon grape seed oil
-3 shakes of sea salt or to taste
METHOD
Saute in pot garlic and tomatoes with oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add Chinese broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes (add sea salt while cooking)
Mix veggie medley with pasta and enjoy!
If you eat meat I suggest free range chicken breast no bigger than the size of the palm of your hand (including the thickness). Our goal is to be healthy.
